About Executrix — Estate Coaching by Experienced Practitioners

About Executrix

Built by people who have been through it

Executrix was founded by estate professionals who spent years watching families struggle through one of the most demanding experiences of their lives — without adequate support. We built the platform we wished had existed.

Our mission

Clarity in the hardest moments

Estate administration sits at the intersection of grief, legal complexity, and family dynamics. Most people arrive with no training, no roadmap, and no one to call. Our mission is to change that — by pairing every executor, beneficiary, and estate professional with an advisor who has navigated the same terrain and can speak plainly about what comes next.

Confidentiality first

Every engagement is protected by strict professional confidentiality. What you share with your advisor stays with your advisor.

No jargon

We translate legal and financial complexity into plain language — so you can make informed decisions, not just follow instructions.

Practical over theoretical

Our advisors have administered estates, not just studied them. The guidance you receive is grounded in real experience.

Whole-person support

Estate work is emotionally demanding. We hold space for that — and we never rush a client through a process that deserves care.

Our story

Why we exist

Executrix was founded in 2019 by a group of estate lawyers, trust officers, and financial planners who kept encountering the same problem: clients who were overwhelmed, under-informed, and unsupported at the exact moment they needed clarity most.

The existing options were limited. Lawyers were expensive and often unavailable for the kind of ongoing, practical guidance executors actually need. Online resources were generic and frequently out of date. Family and friends, however well-meaning, rarely had the knowledge to help.

We built Executrix to fill that gap — a platform where anyone navigating an estate can access experienced, confidential, one-on-one coaching from professionals who have done this work themselves. Not a law firm. Not a financial institution. A trusted advisor in your corner.

Our advisors

The people behind the platform

Every Executrix advisor brings deep, hands-on experience in estate administration, trust law, or estate planning. They are practitioners first.
